The Wyoming Weed and Pest Council is comprised of all 23 county weed and pest districts, including Crook County Weed and Pest. The mission of the Council is to provide unified support and leadership for noxious weed and pest management in the state of Wyoming.

The Wyoming Weed Management Association is responsible for holding an annual rendezvous for Wyoming Commercial Applicator certification. They work in cooperation with the Wyoming Department of Ag and University of Wyoming to offer the necessary CEU's for license re-certification.

The Wyoming Department of Agriculture is dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of Wyoming's agriculture, natural resources and contribution to Wyoming quality of life. They are responsible for Commercial Applicator Licensing, pesticide registration, coordination of Weed and Pest Districts, and much more.
